My Journey: From HR Professional to Women's Leadership Advocate

My path to becoming a women's leadership advocate has been shaped by diverseexperiences across multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2008, I pursued three different specializations in my studies, maintaining a perfect 5.0 GPA while actively participating in student organizations and NGOs. This early experience in leadership roles, including positions in Radio Nowinki and AIESEC Poland, laid the foundation for my future career.

In 2015, I took a bold step by working in education in India for several months, gaining valuable international experience and cultural awareness. This experience broadened my perspective and reinforced my commitment to empowering others.

My career in HR began in 2015, where I quickly demonstrated my ability to handle large-scale recruitment processes. By 2016, I had mastered technical sourcing in IT, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring targets.

A significant turning point came in 2017 when I led a CSR project at Akamai, organizing an IT skills course for seniors. This project not only showcased my leadership abilities but also my commitment to social impact and skill development across generations.

My journey continued with roles at Air Liquide and Untitled Kingdom, where I led initiatives in leadership development, performance management, and cross- functional collaboration. In 2019, I was selected as the sole HR representative for Digital Transformation at Air Liquide, participating in a global initiative in Paris.

Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse professionals across various levels and genders. This broad experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by leaders in different contexts. I was also a co-founder of Chodzimisie.com and Tune In Band, which provided me with valuable entrepreneurial insights.

In the past two years, my focus has shifted more towards empowering women in leadership roles. This new direction is inspired by my diverse experiences and the recognition of unique challenges faced by women in the workplace. It led me to create specialized programs like Unwind, START & GROW, and the Female

Leadership Forum, all designed to support and empower women leaders. Today, as a mentor and coach with a particular focus on women leaders, I draw on my diverse background spanning recruitment, talent management, and organizational transformation. My journey has taught me the importance of authentic leadership, work-life balance, and continuous personal growth. These lessons form the core of my approach to empowering women leaders, helping them uncover their true potential and lead with confidence.
